As a small animal practitioner, I find this book to be very helpful. Gets you to the point exactly when you need quick answers.
Dr. Rand gives great “tips” on how to target difficult cases. I have applied some of hers and my patients recovered successfully.
I definitely recommend this book.
Thanks to J.Rand for such a practical clinical book. For the real practicioner, before the use and choice of complementary tests. A clear presentation for differential diagnosis. A most excellent book (without equivalent in this categorie as far as I know) in order to be an excellent general feline practicioner. To master the clinical basis. I dream for other titles of the same concept and the same quality (I know, it’s a dream!…): Problem-based Canine Medicine, Problem-based Ferret Medicine…
absolutely the best vet book for cat care
