Glad to have this in my library and good knowledge to have on hand. I can now communicate and better understand with my breeding DVM especially as I move forward in my breeding program! Chapters are very organized from stallion thru mare to foal! Excellent and plentiful photos. This is a must have!

This is an excellent update to the previous edition and a good substitute during the long awaited update of McKinnon and Voss’s “Equine Reproduction”. Although it does not go deeply into the research, it has ample references for those who wish to get more information. I highly recommend it as a reference for all equine reproductive clinicians and technicians.

Great text book for anyone wanting an indepth understanding of Equine Reproduction, anatomy/clinical signs of, diagnosis and treatment in the mare / stallion. Text is written at a graduate level and assumes readers are vets in their final years of study/graduates OR the reader has an indepth understanding of equine reproduction. A must have for the Equine reproduction practice.
