I have met the author on a number of occasions and have had training from her as well as a consultation for dog behaviour, as such, I already knew she was an expert in her field. Book is clearly written with very useful guidance and practical advice. Full photographs throughout to make processes clear and easy to follow. Useful for anyone with a dog as well as fellow pet professionals wishing to learn as much as possible in this specific area.
