This text is the standard for veterinary parasitology, and the newest edition is superb. The writing is excellent, and many interesting facts are weaved elegantly throughout the biology/ecology sections of the chapters. The information on diagnosis and treatment has been updated, and the figures throughout the text are very high quality.
