I bought this book for veterinary school as it was a required textbook. As far as medical books go, I thought this one was easy to understand. It does a great job at explaining things and was a perfect supplementation to my class. This really help understand lectures and notes. It helped even more when I needed to study for the test as this is what I reference the most.

Not only will you use this book during dissection, but will look back to it over and over again. Great organization, great drawings. Good to have for Neuroanatomy as well. The newer version has color pictures, which is nice…

Was a required text for a veterinary anatomy course. The images are very intricate and have proven to be a huge help in future classes (i.e. surgery). This is definitely one book that will help through your dissection and through the rest of the curriculum.
