This is a wonderfully written, well-organized book that takes the reader from high school through vet school, succinctly describing the academic, clinical, and psychological aspects of a veterinarian’s professional development and practice. Truly, a must read for anyone wondering about, or considering, a career in veterinary medicine.

This would be a great book for a high school student or college freshman that’s considering a career in the veterinary profession! It’s full of great information and tips on what it means to be a veterinarian! It’s written in a factual way without being too dry and gives the reader great insight!
